Parcel delivery mainland Spain

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment, through TIPSA.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. The total costs may vary depending on the total amount of the order. We advise you to group all your items in the same order and thus save on shipping costs. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. In case of damage to the shipments, we would take care of claiming the transport company.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Shipments to Canary Islands

All shipments to the Canary Islands are exempt from paying VAT and Headquarter will NOT charge VAT on games purchased for these islands. Customers must pay the local taxes of each of the areas when picking up the package, such as the IGIC in the Canary Islands. These expenses will always be paid by the client, who must pay them at the time of collecting the package, and are payments made to the Spanish Tax Agency for taxes. All the packages sent go with an external detailed invoice.
